    Parisians are famous for their yapping poodles. Fortunately, we have very
    strict (and by and large obeyed) laws to make sure that they don't disturb
    the neighbours. Their jobbies on the pavement, however, are another matter...

    Well that's usually different. People are normally expected to keep dogs
    under control, whereas cats do WTF they like.

    I suggest some form of pressure washer as a deterrent should the dogs get
    back onto your patio. If that fails, you can at least spray the shit back
    into their place...
