    1. Any car with badly fitted bit of plastic.

    2. Any car with over sized exhaust pipes.

    3. Any car with any signs of accident damage.

    4. Any car with those little blue lights.

    5. Any car with lights underneath them.

    6. Any car with loud rap-music blearing out of them.

    7. Any car with any occupants wearing base-ball caps.

    8. Any car with dirty number plates.

    9. Any car that wants to tail-gate you.

    10. People carriers & 4wheel drives.

    11. Any car with private plates with reg wording like 'TAZ ####', #### TAN'

My advice is to avoid them at all cost(they are the worse drivers on the
    road).

Those are northern irish plates, you lemon, not private plates.

set up a kill file for him so are the Germans blocking him or
    something ?

You are allowed an apostrophe in the plural of a lower case acronym,
especially as Des isn't here to contradict me!
The question is whether BMW can be lower case.
