Anyone know what you've got if whenever you pull the clutch lever
it feels like a hot iron on the inside of your wrist and you
hear someone shouting "Oh bother" inside your helmet?

Is that divine punishment for joking about the pope or
    tendonitis or carpal tunnel syndrome?

sounds like tendonitis! I have severe CTS and the sure sign is you'll get
lots of pins and needles in ya fingers, especially at night when ya trying
to sleep never had any pains like you described!

I've got tenosynivitis in the tendon that works my right thumb. Using
tools, working on my bike, using a keyboard and driving a car makes it
bad for some reason. Feels painful, swollen, and is like the tendon has
turned into sand paper. Also comes with muscle pain.

Writing also makes it bad, which is not going to be fun with me going to
    Uni.

Stuff like Traxam helps[1], and so does putting a pack of frozen peas on
it. If that's any help to Eiron.

The missus has got CTS she gets pins and needles in her hands more so at
night. And funnily enough after repetitive use of her wrists.

Thanks for all the advice. Tendonitis it is. I'll give the wrist a rest
by using the other hand, especially at night. :)

My sister has carpal tunnel. Usual test for it is to push the backs of your
hands together (fingers downwards) for about 10 seconds. If it's CT, your
hands will be very numb when you stop, due to the nerves being pinched.
