Owen's bike, my car and Owen's van are all insured with CN. Never had
any problems, have used the recovery service several times for bikes
and the service has always been both prompt and expert.

We don't.

Just to keep balance, I had better mention I have spoke to several people
at Carole Nash since first posting this, they waived the what I considered
unfair "service charge" for mod to car insurance, and are dealing with
bike claim so - so far so good.

Maybe just a technical hitch regarding address change details and double
policies. And me loosing my cool!

 

So far. They were particularly helpful in getting the Voxan insured
despite not being officially imported to the UK, and understanding when
I had problems with the MSVA test and needed more time before it could
be registered.
