an idle jet and a full power jet. does anyone have any ideas on how many
turns out from stop on these things. Or anyone know of website or forum I
    could use.

    thanks

Screw both screws in until stop.
    Unscrew Idle jet 1¼-1½ turns.
Same for other screw and settle it after warming up by gently turning in or
    out to achieve highest revs.
When highest revs are found unscrew about a ¼ turn to lower to prevent over
    revving.
