That's not the problem. I've been out on the GT to try to get a ream of
coloured A5 paper - no joy.

It's the thought of lying in snow whilst welding an exhaust that doesn't
    fill me with delight.

It's got worse here. The snow itself is not really a big deal but this
is Her Majesty's South and I live right by the sea!

We normally get a bit of dust which settles then mixes with dog shit to
make grey slush. We don't get snow you can make snowballs with.

The prospect of a trip to Chesham has not filled my heart with joy.

....although, that's not because of the weather.

There was a light dusting of snow when I woke up this morning, but it's been
relentlessly sunny, and the roads are bone dry. I almost can't be arsed to
    take the Ural out.

Troo. It is important, though, so needs must ...

To think, I could have spent the afternoon Wing fettling in the snow.

  12. Whereabouts are you, Simon? Bugger all but dust in the air here in HRH's
    Isle of Thanet.

  14. Huh. Timo says it's snowing where he is too. <Looks out of window> Perhaps
the Wantsum's filled up again and Thanet's drifting south?

Not in this bit. Garden was covered, I was going to make a snowman but
decided to go back to sleep.

It's my snow, especially for me. It's my present precious.
