I'll ask our maintenance manager. Does it have powered table? What size of table is it too (I was too busy looking at all of the other toys in your 'shop to pay much attention!) Any tooling with it? How much are you looking for? Cheers, JB
It has a powered X axis, and the power downfeed (that even works!). IIRC, it's 48" table (I'll have to check that). To be honest, it could use new nuts on the x & Y axes, there's a lot of backlash. Of course, a nice DRO would work too! ;^) I'm not sure what to do with the tooling, I may hang on to it. It's R8, and I'll see if I can get an adapter to make it work in the new toy. I have no real clue what it's worth. -- Wicked Uncle Nigel - Podium Placed Ducati Race Engineer as featured in Performance Bikes and Fast Bikes WS* GHPOTHUF#24 APOSTLE#14 DLC#1 COFF#20 BOTAFOT#150 HYPO#0(KoTL) IbW#41 SBS#39 OMF#6 Enfield 500 Curry House Racer "The Basmati Rice Burner", Honda GL1000K2 (Falling apart) Kawasaki ZN1300 Voyager "Oh, Oh, It's so big" Suzuki TS250 "The Africa Single" Yamaha Vmax Honda ST1100 wiv trailer
I'll give you a call tomorrow. The maintenance guy is quite keen on getting the old beast. Good thing is that the maintenance workshop has just moved into the sme unit as my lab. Cheers, JB
