    I'll ask our maintenance manager. Does it have powered table? What size of
    table is it too (I was too busy looking at all of the other toys in your
    'shop to pay much attention!) Any tooling with it?
    How much are you looking for?

  6. It has a powered X axis, and the power downfeed (that even works!).
    IIRC, it's 48" table (I'll have to check that). To be honest, it could
    use new nuts on the x & Y axes, there's a lot of backlash. Of course, a
    nice DRO would work too! ;^)

    I'm not sure what to do with the tooling, I may hang on to it. It's R8,
    and I'll see if I can get an adapter to make it work in the new toy.
    I have no real clue what it's worth.

    I'll give you a call tomorrow. The maintenance guy is quite keen on getting
    the old beast. Good thing is that the maintenance workshop has just moved
    into the sme unit as my lab.
