The six week block of combined chemo/radiation started last Thursday.
So far so good, although side effects are reputedly cumulative, so
it's a suck it and see situation as the drama unfolds. Anyway, I feel
pretty good and am positive of a good outcome.
Thanks to those who have emailed me. Much appreciated.

Onya George. Had a friend went through (successfully) a similar
situation. Got used to visiting him from across the room with a lead
lined door. He put up with it quite stoically - mind you his mood swings
at time made my ex look quite normal :)

We're all behind you (in the nicest possible way).

Ah yes, I was warned about the mood swings. SWMBO has been granted
baseball bat privileges for those if they occur :)

Good luck, glad it's going well so far, and hope it continues.
