    Probably, if the valve core isn't totally gunked up from the previous goop
    injection. Guessing we're talking about 'Slime' or a similar product
    being used to stop an air leak, right? Most 'Slime'-type products are
    only intended for short-term use, basically just to get you home. If the
    tire leaks it should be repaired or replaced.

    BTW, people that change tires for a living really, really hate dealing
    with 'Slime'-filled tires.
