Calling Photoshop Experts

Could someone who knows their way around Photoshop/Gimp edit a picture
for me?

As you can see I had a stupid shaving cut - that took 16 hours to stop
bleeding - could you make it disappear? So we can use the picture of
yours truly.

 

Looks more like a shark bite.
