Cager f*ckwit here

  1. The punishment fits the crime, yet again. Not.

For the bandwidth impaired, the tale of an utter, utter prick who
reversed his cage up both sides of a dual carriageway, etc.

He'd have gotten a similar ( or higher ) fine had he been speeding. On
a bike. With a dark visor. Probably.

    Dave.

Can anyone here honestly say, hand on heart, that they have never reversed
up both sides of a dual cariageway whilst pissed?

FFS, the twat was banned for life. I know the fine doesn't appear that
much but he should *never* do it again. Problem solved.

I never understood the idea behind banning people who drive without a
licence, on a ban etc, a mate of mine was once fined for - not paying
his fines. In each case a different punishment may have been more
    effective., crucifixion?

  5. Yup, my thoughts exactly. These guys don't give a shit whether they
have a licence or not, so what difference does a ban make?

Do you *really* expect him to respect that ban?

Though in his case he might.

It means that if they get caught doing it again they can get sent
straight to prison for driving while disqualified.

Err, how do you know? The fact is that penalties for driving while
disqualified _are_ much more severe than simply driving without a
    licence.

True true but there's not enough room in the prisons.
