Him? Big bloke, cloud, big beard hiding beatific expression? With
your fucking record? Do me a favour.

Salad muncher? Big pot, boil her up. YKIMS
    12 months - 48 weeks ... that'll be several pounds a day, then.
    Including them big bones.

We've just got delayed by another week - again. And those issues we
discussed regarding the lack of control obviously have surfaced again
    now.

Ho hum, it's all fun and games...

Good man. I've smoked you a kipper.

I remember fucking a blonde called Tracy from Colchester when I was at
    uni. Stereotype-tastic.

8's pretty harsh. My SO's is 7 which is still very high.. She gave up on the
eating healthy thing because she couldn't be arsed. I guess complacency
outweighed fear of death. Mine's about 4 which isn't great

Oh, I do know that and I agree with you but there isn't that much I can
do in the short term, although I'm trying to address this in the longer
    term.

    *ding*

Although I quite like working there so it would be a pity...

Mine was 7.5 after Christmas. Did a big diet, lost a stone and a
half, didn't get round to going back and getting it re-checked. Put
the weight back on now, too.
    4's fine. 2.5 - 5.0 is the normal range.
