    It's means there's more text to come or if before a sentence, there was text
    prior. even if it's not on the page. I use it as an unfinished sentence
    where the reader is invited to "fill in the gaps",.. or as a pause in
    conversation for the same thing. I don't pretend to be grammatically
    correct,....it's just my style,..rightly or wrongly.
