Did I miss off the bit about someone of SD proportions being a rather
nice, jolly cuddly chap that you just want to hug?

    Damn.

How did he manage to hit you in the rear (pardon the pun), if you were
    behind him? ;o)

  7. I dunno, I put my heart in soul into making childish innuendos only to have
    them blatantly ignored. I don't know why I bother, really I don't. :)

Well, you wrote the bit that seems (to me, at least) mutually contradictory.
    <quote> A car can easily avoid a bike...... </quote>
How then can he be forced to stop?

    That is odd IME.

Normally, where potential for an injury claim exists, they like to hold the
NCD in abeyance for a period of (from memory) 3 years.

    Lucky bastard.

Many, _many_ of the BSM guys are just trainees. My bro went through
them on his way to Police instructor and was scathing, to say the
least, about both their attitude to trainees (letting them loose on
the punters with much less than the required level of experience and
supervision) and the instructors who stayed there for more than a year
    or two after qualifying.
