Put all your crap inside your lid, put your lid in it's bag, put the bag
    over your shoulder.

  3. Aside from agreeing about when to wear them in case you fall off and
land on them. I used to have a Belstaff one which converted to a
rucksack. Now granted you lose a bit of the bumbag for that but it was
still more than big enough for wallet, keys, phone, spare visor etc. The
rucksack bit was dead handy on quite a few occasions.

Yeah, I don't any more after landing on a disc-lock. Now it's[1] in
an old shaver bag under the seat.

I have a Karrimor Cyclone 7 bought a couple of years back from
    www.wiggle.co.uk

Shower resistant, and pretty damn tough so far.

But that's not always an option. The Z1000's not bad, but there's no
storage space at all under the Tiger's seat.[1]

[1] Apart from a special cubby-hole to take the tool kit.

Personally I think they're awful things. I have no rationale reasoning
    except they look so wanky.

    I'd recommend a black canvas satchel. £2.99 from a
    camping/outdoor/millets type place.

I got a freebie leather one from Ride a few years ago.

I use it as a document holder for ferry tickets, passport(s)[1], spare cash
    [2], spare credit card.

I only actually wear it when passing through a check in/customs as it is
easy to access any documents requested.

[1] x2 when sprog is in tow
[2] the currency that is not in my wallet e.g sterling whilst France

At other times it will live in my topbox, hand luggage or hotel safe as
they look crap and are not particularly comfortable, especially if you have
something hard & lumpy in it.
