Got home tonight and just as I was wheeling the bike into the garage I
glanced at the front tyre and thought it looked odd. 2 blisters in the tread
almost right in the centre of the tyre. I've only had the tyre about 3
months too. Someone elsewhere made the comment that he'd had Contiforces
blister but mine have been good up to now. I bet I can't find the receipt
either. Oh well, that's a £70 lesson. What's the recommended tyre of choice
for the front of a R1100RS? BT021? Metzler Roadtech?

    Dog-eared old copy.

    or just plain Jurassic:

Check that the front brake isn't binding, as that may be the cause.
