At least 36 people have been killed and more than 100 wounded in a
string of explosions in the Egyptian Red Sea resort of Sharm el-Sheikh,
police said.

 

Looks like my 1/2 planned trip in September may have just got cheaper.

I had friends return just before it happened. They said it wont stop
them going back there diving.

They went diving in Egypt a few months after the previous terrorist
attack out there and were treated like royalty by the locals for not
deserting them

 

Treated like royalty? Thrown out of the country and had to go and live
in Monaco?
At least it's better than being treated like royalty in Russia.

 

The last time there was an attack in Cairo, all tourist spots became
free in Egypt for a good long while.
