Geez, Lushy! You really _are_ brave!

(or perhaps you have sold it, to buy a Honda, and can afford to say
    things like that now?)

(My ST2 didn't give a second of trouble in the 20,000 kms I had it. Lovely
    bike indeed.)

bah, barely run in. The 60cc has done 48,000 and so far it's had a neurtal
light switch replaced under warranty. The forks started leaking before
Turismo, so I put new seals in it and haven't seen any icecream since.

    Bloody unreliable POS it is

    I better buy another Honda, 3 isn't enough :p

  17. Yeah mostly... It started out as a failed bearing:

    http://www.mightymedia.com.au/~bigiain/monster_jigsaw/small/bearing1.jpg

which turned into the seemingly obligatory "getting stuffed around by
the Ducati authorised workshop" story that so many Ducati owners have,
followed by an amusing episode involving getting blatantly lied to by
the owner of said workshop while a friend and I loaded my bits of
Monster into his ute rather than lave it at the workshop any longer.
From there it was mostly the tuits problem - it took 2 or 3 weekends to
reassemble it, but those were spread out over a year or so...

Well, given the choice of bolting together a ducati or riding a honda,
Big took the obvious option. :)
