Went for a run to Exmoor today, had a fantastic lunch in Lynmouth.

Got a flat rear just outside Lynmouth.

Took 90 mins to be recovered then 3 hours back with the bike on a
    trailer.

Tyre is utterly shagged now, as I had to ride a couple of miles to get
to somewhere I could be rescued from.

(Even then I had to flag down a passing police car as there was no
    mobile signal)

To be honest, I'm not too sure what the name of the place was.

It's just before you get to the slip-way for the harbour - basic food,
but very good - I had a gammon ploughmans and Katie had a 'fisherman's
lunch' - which was local smoked mackerel with salad and fresh bread.

If you want something a bit more fancy than that, then you'll have to
    look elsewhere.

Aways used to carry a can of that - but hadn't needed it in several
years, so never slung a can under the seat of the BMW.

Anyway - strange development today - I pumped the tyre up and it's
holding air. Tempted to put some Tyre Weld or that slime stuff in there
    and keep my fingers crossed.
