    If I'm not mistaken, that's one of the Purple Helmets who entertain at
    the Isle of Man TT Festival each year. There's about 20 of them and
    they do all sorts of weird stunts.

    This pic could be at Donington Park or similar cos it sure don't look
    like the TT circuit. Too wide and crash barriers and fences at the TT?
    Never!
