    After day 1 it's looking like the Stones are working better than the
    Lins and the Hondas aren't working very well. Hoppers is doing his
    usual great practice times but whether he can replicate the
    performance over race distance we will have to wait and see. It
    certainly looks like the factory Duc's are on the pace and will be the
    bikes to beat. Capx was on a very fast lap in session 2 but got stuck
    behind another much slower bike, he may have got the fastest time had
    that not happened.

    At this stage it's looking like a Duc white wash and slowly sealing
    the championship, but tomorrow is another day.
