Pfft. I believe I was the first to acknowledge Mike's post and give it
props as the appropriate, adult way to handle the situation. Since
then, it's been billie boy changing diapers for beewee and a complete
absence of beewee. So, uh, I'm supposed to be ashamed of this? LOL.

That's yer boy! That's yer lesson! Happy father's day, billie! Be as
proud as you can make yourself - fiction is my favorite part of the
library - though I don't ever root for lying assholes.

Yeah.. ol' Keith really gets it going when he's all fucked up, don't he ?
Funny part is, though.. ol'Keith don't got his shit together enough to
back up all his idiotic rambling.. does he ? Kinda reminds me of Ari
    Rankum, in a way.. LMAO..

Mike, I am guessing you are not a veteran of these newsgroups. Be
careful man this shit is addicting. Keep reading and posting around
here and you may find yourself slipping over to the dark side,
forsaking your family and business, spending all of your waking hours
perpetuating endless and mindless usenet debates.

No one wins and we all lose.

Save yourself, while you still have time!

Seriously, billie, go for an urn, or if, miracles-of-miracles, brian
comes into some money that he can hide from his old lady, go for a
mausoleum. You are not the kind of personality who would be well-served
by an open air grave. I'd like to elaborate, but I won't. Suffice it
to say that if you think back to your days in the military and elaborate
on the term "police the area", you'll get the idea.

Steam on, bro, steam on. I'll do what I can to help.

I keep records on all our customers. If someone feels they were
screwed, I want to fix it. Should I just send you a check so you can
distribute the funds to your imaginary friends ? You don't want to get
involved but you don't mind throwing stones with no substance behind
your allegations. Can't help without knowing who feels like they got
    shafted.

Well Bill I happen to like both of those guys. I've had the pleasure
of meeting, breaking bread and riding with Keith. I like his style.

I only know Ari's internet persona but I suspect he is just as
entertaining in person as he is here. I look forward to meeting him
    someday.

I have never had a reason to doubt the integrity of either of them.

Ed Hart knows more about your business than you'd think.. He's been a
    Mesquite
resident .. at the same address for about twenty five years.. He don't lie
    and he's
got many friends who ride with him, when he gets the chance.. He's also been
    in
your shop many times and knows many of your past customers..

Regardless, I'll be waiting to see how you resolve this issue with Brian..
    You can
bail from this newsgroup, but.. like I commented earlier.. this one can
    haunt you
and your business for a long time..

Nah, I didn't "issue terrorist threats". I didn't threaten you or
anyone else. You went to performing for your audience in the parking
lot when I asked you to step out there to show you how a side panel
connects to a motorcycle. You flipped and said...and again I'll quote
it...."come on mother fucker". I simply told you to get to it and I'll
be more than happy to kick your ass and that big son of a bitch you're
performing for. I don't know who he was, and I didn't care. He was out
there to get involved in something that might've happened. He almost
    did.

As to my "attitude", I'll say it again like I said it at your ragged
shop. When you tear up my motorcycle, I'm going to get an attitude. I
don't take a running clean motorcycle to a shop to sell and go back to
find it sitting on a back patio dirty and not running, then be polite
to ask someone to get it going....and then when I find a panel broke
on it, that's the end of "politeness". If you can't understand this,
then you have no business in the motorcycle business.

As was pointed out by others, if a potential buyer looks at a bike
(and perhaps overlooks the nasty state it's in) and asks to hear it
run, then the seller says they need to "jump it off"....the deal is
ended right there. I hired you to sell my bike. In this, and in the
contract, you were to make attempts to sell the bike and keep it in a
"sellable" state. I'd say sitting on a back patio, dirty, not running
and broken pieces doesn't fall into this category.

If you and/or your employees don't know how to keep a battery charged
where at any given point the motorcycle can be started, please let me
know and I'll even come back over there to show you how a battery
charger works. If no one in that shop knows how to use some soap,
water, pig spit or anything else to clean a motorcycle, give me a call
and I'll be more than happy to show you or anyone else there how to
use it. It's ridiculous that you allowed a motorcycle to get into the
state you have mine in, and then to say it was just "dusty"....you
don't have any business working with motorcycles. The paint was
stained from having water spots sitting for so long.

Now, if I'm lying about all this why don't you simply explain to
everyone how someone can bring in a clean running motorcycle and have
to trailer it back out and spend two days cleaning it back up?

I can assure you, this isn't over and as I told you at your
shop....this will cost you. Do you remember your response? "Over a
$1500 motorcycle, knock your lights out". I'll get the motorcycle
fixed. I've got the battery charged back up. I've got it mostly
cleaned, I had to spend most of today to do it. When I figure out
whether it will be better to replace the panel with an off-color panel
and have it painted and striped, or whether it will be better to send
this panel to a REAL shop and have them repair it, I'll have the bill
totalled up and we'll head it over to Judge Blackington's court.
Judging from the response here, you're probably not going to fair well
over there. It would be interesting to hear how you'll explain a clean
running motorcycle coming into your shop to be sold and then several
months later the owner finding it on a back patio of your shop not
running, dirty and broke....and having to be trailered out. And it was
your wife and mechanic who suggested I needed a trailer to pick the
bike up....which is exactly when I started to get to the flipped out
state. Your wife and I were having a good conversation up to this
point. I even waited patiently while you helped your other customers.

By the way, I didn't cuss anyone in your ragged shop, until AFTER I
was showing you that broke panel and you kept saying you didn't know
how it worked. I asked you how long you've been in the motorcycle
business. Your response was "how long have you been an asshole?". I'll
answer it now...."longer than you've apparently been in the motorcycle
business judging from your lack of regard for motorcycles".

Now, that didn't even touch on the fact that not a single person in
your ragged shop even offered to help me load that bike. That ragged
mechanic got the bike to the parking lot and walked off and left it.
You wouldn't even come out there. And it was all your faults that the
motorcycle wasn't running and had to be pushed up a trailer's ramp to
    be loaded.

All you've done is make this look worse for yourself.

Now, sue ME for slander/libel! We'll have Judge Blackington hear that
at the same time he's hearing the rest of this....maybe he'll be
interested in what you're doing with my information on
    publicdata.com....

Well, it has been an education. Interesting how everyone likes to pile
on without knowing the details or the personalities involved. Brian
alone has been a real eye opener. Been in business for 6 years now and
he is the most 'colorful' customer I have ever met. I like Ed's style
as well. Mentions invisible friends to support Brian. Some
    characters :>)

    Thanks, Cal.

The only observation I can add is that I've witnessed brian and bill
walker flat out lie on this newsgroup many, many times. I've only ever
seen one other person lie on tx.motorcycles since I started lurking some
time after 2003. bill and brian have fabricated histories of things I,
and many others, know directly. So we have a lot of collective
knowledge of their propensity to be dishonest.

Because the behavior of brian and bill is known to be fallacious, I'm
inclined to give their accounting of facts zero weight in the presence
of an alternative set of facts. This is particularly true if the
alternative set of facts stipulates everything brian or bill says about
the behavior of the accused, but greatly elaborates on what brian or
bill did. This clearly pertains in the current walkerism.

Your best bet is to never take what a walker says for granted. If
you're a business owner, toss 'em out as soon as you get their ID.
Bill's right: I've never had any dealings with Renegade. Nonetheless,
just like I'm sorry when a small town has a sewage treatment plant
overflow across its borders, I'm sorry Renegade had to suffer brian as a
    customer.

Trust me on this.. I've had the enjoyment of watching Ari Rankum, in
person.. He's entertaining as all get out.. Almost embarrassed myself
to keep from laughing out loud..

As far as Keith Schiffner is concerned.. all I can say about that bed-
wetting turd is that he's too silly to be considered..

You taste in friends is pathetic.. only one that I know of, might be
    worthwhile..

Even mentioning "integrity" in the context of Keith Schiffner or Ari
    Rankum is laughable..

You continue to lie Brian, and I have about 6 or 7 witnesses. If you
had given me 5 minutes you could have ridden the bike home. There was
one broken connector on the inside of your side plate. The plate was
not hanging off the bike. It was attached, as it was when it came in.
As I told you, I don't know whether it was broken or not when you
brought it in. I offered to fix it up until you began your tirade. The
bike was running and shown on Saturday. I have explained all I have
to explain to you. We can go to civil court for the bike or to
criminal court for your threats and the slanders you have posted on
this forum. It's up to you. Come in, act in a civil manner and the
side panel will get fixed. By the way, batteries do run down and
sometimes have to be charged. As to your claim it was clean when it
came in, it was wiped down, not clean. The bike has traveled from the
back of the shop to the front. Not nearly enough miles to get the
wheels dirty. If you bring it in dirty, I don't detail the bike for
you. I keep it wiped down. There was, by your own admission, little
dirt that you hit with the hose. As long as you have an attitude, you
are not welcome in the shop and you will get no satisfaction from me.
I don't have time for raving maniacs.

Hey Mike.. Leave Ed out of this.. he's trying to back away from the

You committed to resolving the issue with Brian Walker and that is your
first concern, don't you think ? You also stated several times that you'd
not be involved in this to-do on usenet, any furthur..

Like I said before.. this newsgroup will be interested to know the status
of that resolution .. Except for the two or three northern twits who seem
so involved in all this.. everyone has backed away from the heat, or are
trying to.. I really don't see the wisdom of your posting on this newsgroup
    anyway, from the beginning..

Continuing to fan these flames with comments to Ed Hart and others, only
makes bad matters worse.. Resolve the issue with Brian and all is well..
