Really? My motorcycle was broke down and had to be trailered out of
your ragged shop. That's a fact. It was rode in there. That was a
proven fact. You said the bike was worth $2000. You told that to many
people who called on it. The bike wasn't maintained and was not in
sellable condition....unless you're running a salvage yard. The side
panel was broke while in your custody (I'd say care, but you didn't
    take care of it).

Again, I haven't asked anything of you....other than to fix what your
ragged shop broke. I don't owe you shit. You made a comment about me
making a living scamming others. Put up or shut up. It's not too easy
to "scam" someone when I'm the one paying you the fees to maintain a
motorcycle, and you fail to do that. I'm the one buying merchandise
from you. Did a check of mine bounce? Did I give you counterfeit
money? I've paid every bill from you in full....including the one I'll
be suing you over. I came in here and told what happened at your shop.
Instead of disputing it, you chose to come in here with a bunch of
    personal insults and libel remarks.

Get ready for that court, Mike.

The CBR600 is a "little beginner bike".

Why don't you take either or both of those bikes over to Mike and get
it back after a couple months in the condition mine was given back to
me.....and then get offered 3/4 of what it was valued at a couple
months prior by the same person who fucked it up and now wants to buy
it.....not to mention a deduction of the fees I've already paid to
    him.

Like I said, I'll keep my motorcycle after I spent two days working on
it. If Mike wants to buy it, he can buy it for what he had it selling
for. Otherwise, I'll keep the bike and have him pay to repair the
    damage his ragged shop caused.

Buying the bike is the bitch way out....

Sweet! I'm still on the same old 79' Gl1000, no farkles, no fairings etc. I
still love it and it still smokes a 80' CBX going up and down US89 from Browning
to Canada. 8^) Mind you the Guzzi Breva is tempting once I ditch a van and maybe
    the truck.

LMAO.. I don't need to "cheat" you Thompson.. I'm not in the motorcycle
business and don't plan on getting in it.. You've never "cheated" me,
    either..
You sure tried it a time or three, though <evil grin>

I don't need to see you in court, fat boy.. You didn't **** up my
    motorcycle..
No matter what kind of "portfolio" you are putting together and all those
"ducks in a line" hmmm.. Be sure to bring those high powered motorcycle
techs and that cud chewing tub of guts with you.. lol.. If Brian decides to
take your ass to the courthouse.. that old hard nosed judge over there,
    ain't
anybody to **** with.. He gets real nasty with damage awards when he
spots a sleazy asshole like you, that fucks over a customer..

It could have all been avoided in the first place.. You've done some
    bragging
about your insurance company and their lawyers.. Matter of fact.. that was
taken as a threat, as far as I'm concerned.. With all that insurance and
    crap..
all you had to do was tell Brian that you'd contact that insurance company
    and
they'd take care of whatever damage had happened to that motorcycle while
it was in your shop.. YOU chose to pour gasolene on the fire and try to deny
    any liability..

Yeah.. you got some business problems Mike Thompson and that old judge
over there is the least of them.. You just think you "wish you'd never met
    me"..
