  1. Yes. 25.19 is not that fat.
You're allowed +10% before the fat police stop you.

Anyway the BMI is just an excuse for short fat people.
For the same shape, mass is proportional to the cube
    of height, not the square.

Is that so? Fat can make you wider and deeper but I have never seen
anyone it has made taller. I suppose if does if you are a fathead to
    start with :)

Yebbut,, the scale points would be different then. I quess that
anything over 15 would be considered fat and anything over 20 would be
    clinically obese [1]

[1] Roughly calculated by dividing by the convenient approximation of
1.75M to an average men's height..

Well, quite. I don't drive after more than one or two pints.
We used to get so pissed we had to help each other onto our mopeds and
push down the hill to get the bikes going and use the momentum to stay
    upright... Happy days.

  9. There's a self-regulating mechanism comes into play when you're
drink-riding; if you get too drunk, you fall off. Sorted.

Not denying it. But were I a mere 14stone again I'd be thin again. Not slim,
but thin. There is a difference.

I *was* rounding things out in a very robust manner. I don't mind
saying 21 if you don't mind being rounded out?

There's got to be more to it than that.

Health problems relating to being overweight leading to mucho time off work
sick? Or a job that requires plenty of physical activity which the fatty
    could no longer do?

You surely cannot expect anyone to believe that Fatso O'Sullivan from
Accounts on the third floor is going to get fired just because he ate all
    the pies?

FFS, that'd be half or more of the executives out on the fat bottoms right
    away!

Believe what you like but it's the, inconsistently applied, policy.
Although a drone from accounts is unlikely to be viewed as safety
    critical.

It may interest budding train drivers that this policy is not confined to
one company. Job offers (Virgin) have also been withdrawn because an
individuals BMI has been greater than 27 (IIRC).

Ahhh so there is more to it.
Phew! In my line of work there's no safety critical wot not, so I can keep
    munching the pies then :)

Not that I've got a clue what my BMI is, but it's bound to be high, because
    I am a fat ****.

    Something happened to him?
