No doubt I'll make it there. I've transport to sort out first. I'm fighting
against the desire to buy a K5 and I must make a decision soon.

I'd blame the latex gloves. I've had hydraulic fluid melt gloves
several times at work and even though they just seem to disintegrate
without sticking to my hands I always make sure I wash my hands as
    soon as possible afterwards.

The reason I never use barrier cream is the same one as why I don't
bother using earplugs when I ride a bike - I can't be arsed even
    though I know I should.

  7. Latex gloves are fine, but I sweat like Tony's mum in them.

Barrier cream works for me. It's but the work of a minute to apply and
it lasts until you wash your hands for tea / lunch. If you know you're
going to be getting manky it makes sense.

Plus it keeps your hands lovely and soft for fiddling about later in the
    day.

Because I'm potentially only here for a year and I already lost money on the
K4. Factor in the expense of kitting out an unfurnished apartment (they
mostly all are here), a new laptop and stuff and I'm cutting it fine as it
is. Might be looking at a 2nd hand 636.

If I was it would be no problem. Also the K6s will be coming out in October,
I wouldn't want to wait that long but it would be even worse to buy a K5
from a resale point of view. Plus, I ride like a girl anyway, so it's a bit
    overkill.

IIRC The Coogee bay hotel does a great BBQ service where you buy a
rather large steak and then cook it yourself with whatever bits'n'bobs
you fancy puting on it, for very little money.

Unfortunately this also makes it very popular.

Nice walk from Coogee to Bondi.

I can blow that theory right out of the water by pointing out that I
    wore earplugs when racing.

Barrier cream makes rollies taste foul as well as making rolling them
    awkward.

Talk about arse-over-tit. That's a like saying that eating a sandwich
with oily hands and making it taste 'orrible is a reason to give up
    eating.

Chilli sauce: a reason to give up wanking.

    Specially if you're a girl.

Definitely for diesel engine fuel problems.

You really don't need diesel in your bloodstream from a faulty injector
    or pipework.

    Cheers

Have you ever actually known a girl who gets a kick out of chilli sauce on
    her bits?
