BOSM weather

Derby has had a cracking week of weather. Forecast is for hot and
sunny, with clouds coming in for Sunday.

Though some people are so nesh that they're not camping.

 

I even imagined you saying that in your accent and it still didn't make
any sense.

I'm camping, so I'm spesh

 

First time.... am camping... snore at 150Dbs.... hoping to get on the
list for the carvery.... but the most scary thing is I have made a vest
with my name and rank on it (well... I am new to BOSM and haven't had
the piss taken out of me for ages)...

 

I hope you all have a good time. I would have been there but its SWBO's
birthday tomorrow and I want my life to be worth living for the next few
months...

 

Pah, 150db, that would put you in the lightweight section then, not even
worth banishment to the end of the car park.

 

Camping?
Nobody mentioned camping.
Bollocks to that, I'm not coming!

 

I relaxed my 'no camping' rule for one night at Chimay 2005, courtesy
of Statto. Even as pissed as I was, I slept like someone trying to
sleep on a hard bumpy floor with damp tent material waiting to pounce
in all directions. Waking up was worse, and having to walk (or ride)
two miles to get a coffee was a nightmare.

So once in twenty+ years was just about bearable, but it'll be the
same time before I do it again. I will make it for an *OSM again one
of these years, but no way will I be camping.
