    Right,
How many 'Rufty-Tufty' Bikers are taking cars to the BOSM then?
Weather looks a mixed bag, with most service concurring on for a sleety
Sunday, so the journey home might be a little less than enjoyable.

I'm still planning to take the Barge, I just hope that my B8stard manager
doesn't throw a spanner in the gubbins by expecting me to work
tonight/tomorrow. I told him weeks ago that I would not be available this
weekend, but he insists I am!

    We'll see. I don't do weekends!

Look forward to meeting some more of you chaps/chapesses.

I'm planning on taking the car, as I'm hoping to have sold the bike later on
    today...

If you've told him your not available, and it's not in your contract
that you are on call, why does he expect you to be working?

    Just turn your phone off.

It's a get out clause in case he just decides not to come. Some
people just can't say "I didn't want to come after all" and need to
    pre-make a reason.

I do hope he understands that he's still paying for the food Mu is
providing even if he doesn't turn up.

    called them last year.

I'm not going because I don't feel like it. Which is exactly the reason
I have never signed up for food, because I know I change my mind :)

I'm not going because the weather looks a bit shit, and I'm not aware
of there being very many people going that I'd want to talk to.

don't get huffy again - I said not many people, not noone.
yeah, right. You're already in the Midlands, so Hulland Ward isn't
that far for you to go, anyway.

I'm going because it's only 12 miles away, but I'm watching the motoGP
    first.

Got your message by the way when I just switched my phone on, talk to me
about it before I get too pissed, if you like.. or you might get a
    "Blaney's galaxies" style reply.

The AA says 165 for me but, by Christ, it always feels more
like 265 miles each time. I've already used up all my passes
for the year (and then some) but I might make EOSM...

Planning to take the bike, unless it's below 0C. The last ride out
that had snow at the side of the roads wasn't much fun.

He reckons I should be available for special circumstances.
He also reckons, that he advised me ages ago that this job would be on this
    weekend.

I don't GAF as he's leaving today and I don't know who his replacement is,
so, my phone will be in the offus maximus position on the dot 16:49 today
    ;o)

Unless he gets me first :eek:/
