it'd help if I could spell it. Rok straps. comes with either a loop of
a hook at the end, elasticy bit to secure stuff and a clicky bit [1]
to aid removal.

Ooh looks good. Bit pricey, mind, but I dare say they last longer than
your average bungee. And don't fail at the most inopportune time, as
bungees are prone to.

I cant fault them. two hold on a large tent, double air bed, sleeping
bag and loads of clothing (in a bag) so that it doesn't move. it used
to move far more with four bungees and a cargo net.
