    The garage that provided them.
The manual does say tyres need to be run in for 100 miles. I was just
going by the garage that sold them.

The Welsh take their sheep any way they can.

They recognise this practice in their visitors, too. Notices affixed
to the walls in all reputable Welsh B&B establishments include:

No sheep in a guest's room after midnight.

Please do not leave your used sheep in the laundry basket.

    No mixed bleating.

B&Q strangely enough do a range - they sell tubs of them in various sizes.

Might only be the 'Warehouse' type stores though, rather than the smaller
ones - I've only seen them at the giant one at Reading - certainly not at
    either Abingdon or Slough.

Otherwise M&P, Hein Gericke or Halfords IWHT.

Was that the run we did?

There was something slightly surreal about that... going along the road,
doing about 75 thinking 'this is quite quick' to suddenly have a GSX-R1000
go round the outside on a bend going about 40mph faster and piss off :)

Trailie envy - it's big but possibly not clever?

BTW, I'm laying claim to having the ugliest version[1].

[1] I suspect competition may not be fierce.

ITYF most mums are like that, really.

I think most mums have that power.

I know some big scary blokes (some ex-forces who I reckon could pull my
arms off with their eyebrows) who would not *dare* cross their mums.

Maybe that would work in interrogation - suspect is made to enter a dark
room and suddely a high voice says "And where have you been?".
Prolly confess on the spot, and promise not to do it again.

  19. it'd help if I could spell it. Rok straps. comes with either a loop of
a hook at the end, elasticy bit to secure stuff and a clicky bit [1]
    to aid removal.

    pics here.

Early Tigers have been described as being of somewhat "industrial"
    appearance. http://www.frjack.dsl.pipex.com/DSC00096.JPG

I'm not a great fan of the post 98 styling of the Tiger, my ideal would be
early styling on later underpinnings and mechanicals.
