Well quite.
If he gets rid of those fucking awful bendy bus behemoths, puts motorcycles
in bus lanes and puts the CC Zone back where it belongs that will be
sufficient.

If he could see his way to creating a proper Planning Authority it would be
even better. Imagine a Lunnon that actually looks as good/well set out as
many Continental cities. Currently it makes a dogs dinner look good.

Of course as it is all going to disappear under water in the next 100 years
we don't care.

From a personal perspective, in all seriousness, having ridden through the
city and along the embankment on Monday, the first thing I would ask is to
get rid of all the Gatso/Spec/Truvelo and CCTV devices. I was aghast at the
level of surveillance, I doubt even Joe Stalin would have gone so far.
