    bored with winter and needing new tyres and service and work and no money

    Give the bike basic service yourself, not hard, unscrew oil plug draining
    oil, unscrew oilfilter putting new one in. Put oil in. Check breaks, check
    chain slack, check leavers. Yay its serviced. And if your really keen
    replace the sparkplugs, you will have to remove the tank, airbox etc etc to
    do this. You will find the sparkplug remover in your tool kit.

    Thats pretty much all they do for fuel inject bikes.

    Also have a look on the web u migh even find a manual and then you want be
    bored anymore and have a serviced bike.

    As for your tyres, now they are slicks!!
    Just don't ride too much in the wet ;-)
