Wear what you wish to wear, wear what you're happy with wearing.

My general kit, some or all of which may or may not be worn depending
    on my mood:

    Shoei X-Spirit helmet (black)

Old model Akito Python 2 armoured jacket (back protector removed)
    (red/black)

Knox KC 2000 Tour Plus back protector

    Diadora Crossbow boots (black)

RST waterproof armoured gloves (cannae find a pickie(

Jeans (any) - I do have armoured trousers but only put them on if it's
pissing with rain or fucking freezing to keep the horrid air away.

None. The only time I wear any kit with armour in it is when I wear
full leathers and they certainly don't get worn all the time.

Yes. There is some that are specifically aimed at the road / road
racing market but it is more commonly sold to the off road
competition crowd, so visit your local MX shop. Probably very
safe but IMHO not really practical for everyday use. I wear
mine in the woods because I fall over a lot, usually on rocks and
with the bike on top of me.

Actually I am quite impressed, either he has got very neat handwriting
or that toy of his is the dogs bollox. I am also quite impressed that
he is sober enough to write in the first place. I am sure there ought
to be some sort of social disgrace attached to that you know.

    Oi Verds!

Any chance of you copying the original up to a web page so's we can
    compare?

    Although when I say we I really mean I but I don't see why I can't have
my share of speaking for all of us. So I am and **** anybody who says
    otherwise.
