    You're looking at the red 750 aren't you? ;-)

  4. It's cleaner than mine, certes.

I do have a soft spot for a lot of airhead Beemers....

It ought to be, given how much time I spent on it yesterday.

    It was absolutely filthy though.

Leaves me with a bit of a dilemma - the 'new' fairing panel on the
offside is missing the Agip and Magnetti Spaghetti stickers - do I
source some from eBay to balance it up? (I did consider removing them
from the other side, but decided the risk of damaging the paint was too
    great to risk it)
My first impressions are good - no 'powerband' as such, just nice torque
from nothing to th redline. Deceptive in the way it 'gathers momentum'.

My feet were nice and toasty, even though it's only a few degrees out
there and I need to play about with the screen adjustment to get it
    right for me.

Quite a surreal experience, but a good one.

  7. Just leave it. It's not like anyone can look at both sides at the same
    time, is it?

A mate used to run a V6 Granada Ghia many years ago.

It was very, very tidy, it must be said.

Boy was he pissed-off when I pointed out that the go-faster stripes were
*completely* different on the two sides.

I never saw it.... but the MOT a few years back did have an advisory for
    the rear shock....
