Like, did they really not do it this year?

Or was it under a different name on the programme? It's one of the
decreasing number of things I actually watch in the central arena.

    Disappointed, I was.

It was replaced by the horse riding demonstration. The chaps on the
vintage speedway stand were well pissed off, especially as they have
always done it for free and the BMF paid 2.5k for the horses.

Apparently the speedway causes too much dust...

They were bored with the usual pole dancing and faux lesbian shit, so
decided to liven things up a bit...

Using the patented Mavis Beacon "Hunt&Peck" Technique, Champ
Now think "pommel". Add a side serving of "leather".

Beginning to see what Snowy sees in all this, are we?

A, female [1], horsey friend of mine advised me if I wanted to get laid
and not pay for it then a horsey event is a must.

Apparently motorcyclists, leather and horsey mums it's a dead cert.

It was four guys (one with long hair) and a girl in black skintight
riding outfits. They did stunts and stuff on the horses. The steeds
themselves were beautiful and very well behaved. Dubbed the Horsemen of
the Apocalypse, they did two shows a day, but I missed the one where
    they rode around stunt bikes...
Got one show on the video :)
It was also amusing to see the later bike stunters losing it in the
    horse apples...bwahahah *splat*.
Horsemanship was a refreshing change from all that wheelying (yawn), I
    can tell you.

Bang on the money there, Mr Sweller. I was dragged up in a little
village with a horse riding school/stables in it. The horsey girls were
    a dead cert.

    what? oh, yes....
I did think it might be interesting TBH, but not as a substitute for
the speedway. As it happens, I arrived too late anyway.

And very pretyt the bloke with long hair and the girl looked as they
walked along in front of me, her tapping her riding crop against her
    leg.
