Bluddy kids - Paging FOAK XP sp2

    Foolishly, you may say, I allow the sprog to use this PC when I'm not using
    it. She appears to have somehow stuffed her account. Symptoms are as
    follows:

    Wallpaper appears
    Desktop icons don't
    Windows key doesn't work
    Taskbar doesn't appear
    Right click doesn't work

    I can get stuff to run using the Task Manager, and it appears to run okay.

    None of the other accounts on the machine are affected.

    Any ideas?

    Delete her folder in C:\documents and settings (having first copied any
    files) and next time she logs on a new profile will be created.

    Could be something running from her registry file. Can you log in as her in
    safe mode, and if so, what's it like?
