Blowing things up for fun and profit

  1. Just a heads up for anyone interested: a Blaster Bates video has just
appeared in the comedy section on uknova.com.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blaster_Bates for anyone who's never heard
of him. I'm still leeching it myself, but I anticipate much
    motorcycle-related hilarity.

Errhermmm, top posting frowned on around here.

It's "Stand Well Back", his description of using a PIAT round against a
T54 is memorable. Oh, and sympathetic exposions aren't very sympathetic :)

  5. The naming of Knicker Brook is great. I've heard the story several
times and it still makes me laugh.

On the subject of signing up at uknova.com - keep trying; old accounts
are expired all the time. If you keep hitting retry/refresh for 10
minutes or so you should eventually find there's space for you.

If anyone has trouble getting it, post back and I'll seed it on UKRM
torrents. Not a good connection though, standard broadband with 256k
    upload tops.

  7. Ditto - I'll seed it if anyone who wants it is having trouble with
uknova. I'm only on 256kbps up too, but between us it'll be quick
    enough.
