I've contacted the eBay seller, but he's lost interest. I can feel a
    non-positive feedback coming

yep. he sent me an email titled "responsible adult". ie I'm apparently
the closest thing Andy has to one.

    I have his address too.

I had this issue with the 9R front end on the B12. I went to my local
hardware shop with a vernier calliper and bought a cheap box spanner
with the right *outside* dimension. £4 to you sir. Works a treat.

Sort of reinforces my statement that they don't know what they're selling
half the time. Apparently the other half doesn't give a ****.

Mark Olson () gurgled happily, sounding much like they
    were saying :
    This is a box spanner...

As I'm hoping to take the wheel out tomorrow, I ended up popping into my
local motor factor and they have them for £2.49, but out of stock. GSF
have the set of Lazer sump plug bits though, and they fit nicely they
    do.

Well, the 14mm one does :)
Shhh! You don't want Andy to find out ;-)

That's all you get in the toolkit supplied with the bike. Front
spindles don't need to be over-tight.

You could have mentioned that last night, there are 2 items in the
toolkit that would allow me to remove the wheel.

    Ah well.
