Blimey. Parking ticket cancelled

    The one I got in Covent Garden 20 feet inside the Westminster Zone,
    because I failed to update the registration number held on the system
    and used the Suzuki instead of the BMW.

    Sent the ticket back with an explanatory letter, they checked their
    records, confirmed that I'd paid my squid, and cancelled the £40
    penalty.

    Didn't expect that.

    Can you try that for speeding tickets as well ? :)
