My account was canceled and my website was shut down. My house has been
searched and my assets have been seized. My security clearance has been revoked
and my company has been indicted. My family has left me, and my former friends
and associates have changed their phone numbers.

All because I was stupid enough to join the Crew of Seven Phoneys & Wannabes and
try to take on the Esteemed and Exalted and Most High Sharif of Reeky.

    Waaaaaaaah. Waaaaaaah. Waaaaaaaaaah.

Maybe, but the website is still up and serving pages normally. I wonder
    why?

He wouldn't know what the quiet is about... everyone else has a life and
doesn't spend every waking moment on Usenet. He went through this same
thing in t.m months ago. Started a bunch of shit, got backed into a
corner, started going nuts trying to throw out all manner of posts each
day to distract people and rewrite reality into that of his fictional
world where he was the victim and everyone else was picking on him. Yet,
while he spent hours doing these things, everyone else went about their
daily lives; checking in only occasionally to see the whirling dervish
he'd become. In the mean time, he proclaims that lack of activity from
everyone else meant that he had won. The only thing he'd won was
replacement shackles that kept him tied to his keyboard.

So, yep, "Yawn" pretty much covers it.

    3. They have lives and haven't sequestered themselves in a darkened
room; spinning madly their fabrications of dominance and worth.

Nah.. do one of those roll call things.. Sure been a long day, huh Andrew ?

Well.. you clever guys dodged the bullet, so far.. except you of course ..
Andrew.. Morrow was clever enough to let someone else do what he knew better
than to do.. Those were the ones that are probably going to show back up
when they manage another provider and/or ISP.. LOL.. Hell .. they might even
    change their alias, again..

Now that you have got this Starwolf lad and Tim Morrow hmmm I think I saw
Mark Johnson stick his head around the corner to see if the coast is clear..
anyway.. you can get back to your clever little old self and the boys will
cheer you on.. Whew.. that cheering section has been empty all day..
    Lonesome.. huh ?

So, what you're saying is that the (C) applies to the code created to
present the info but that the info and the presented report of that info
are public information iaw long-standing laws and traditions?

And the seven became eight. And the eight, nine. And they multiplied and went
forth, gathering the Reeky faithful. And the Genuine & Real Contributors poured
forth in ever greater abundance. And they sought out and confronted their foe
and their foe blanched in the face of such great numbers. And lo, as it was
ordained, the few became the many, and the two became the lost, and the lost
huddled together. They sought strength where there was none to be found, sought
solace when their lances had been blunted and turned aside, until they sought
refuge in the lands of their kinsmen, but their kinsmen turned their backs and
loudly said "You are no kin of mine, you lowly and loathsome vipers, you
creatures of the dunghill, you sibilant and shiftless serpents."

So was it written. So has it come to pass in the land of the Reekyites.

I know you don't trust links, but others may try this one:
http://www.krages.com/bpkphoto.htm A link for there has an interesting
    overview of restrictions on photography.

http://www.publishlawyer.com/carousel4.htm is another interesting page. A
most relevant portions is: "Matters of public record are not protected by
privacy law. If a writer publishes a story disclosing facts obtained from a
police publication or a court opinion, the matter is of public record and no
    lawsuit will be successful. "

A lightweight overview of differences in defamation law between countries:
    http://www.hfac.uh.edu/comm/media_libel/libel/other.html

Another good page of legal advice for you:
    http://www.expertlaw.com/library/personal_injury/defamation.html

The key issue is whether or not its true. If it is, then you have no legal
    recourse.

If it is an intentional fabrication you could take legal action that will
cost you more than you can afford with little potential benefit. Not a
personal attack, but unless you quite rich, defamation suits are losers,
    especially against individuals.

Your best course would be to unmask your accuser and discredit them within
the same community they attempted to discredit you. Minimal cost and it
would not matter if it was true or not. However, I doubt you have the
skills and resources to achieve that.

In the meantime, I offer the same advice any decent attorney would; keep
your mouth shut about this until you decide which course you intend to
follow. Then again, based on your demonstrated performance to date, you are
    constitutionally unable to do that.

I won't even bother to look up the binary post, let alone contribute to the
coffers of the state of texas. This is just a typical Usenet tempest in a
teapot, with the usual glut of bogus technical and legal nonsense.

Only real world fallout of any of this would be if Walker was a convicted
felon who has not had his civil rights restored, since he claims to own a
handgun (felon in possession), and someone drops a dime.
