Certainly. But you'll have to click on a link to submit your "fraud"
    report.

What is it I am supposed to get, BTW? I know *you* get a certificate
saying you donated money to your local MSF, when in fact, Wakko donated
the money in your name. So you didn't even have to put out a penny, and
you did something good for someone.

I do have nice feedback. Look at that last one from Wakko.
Maybe I'll just use my wife's account from now on, she's got way more
feedback than me. I'm still waiting to hear from eBay.

One more time and you should know that I don't care either way.. hmmm
Matter of fact I enjoy the arrogance that you are busting out with.. Instead
of all the bluster and arrogant 'tudes.. you'd be much better off making the
exuses and alibi's that you started with today..

As clever as you are, I'm sure you've noticed the absence of the crew that
is responsible for all this "fun" you guys been having.. Two
explanations.. Andrew.. either their accounts have been canceled and they
don't have another provider set up, yet.. or they've commenced distancing
themselves from the nonsense.. Since you need all this clarification.. I
again question your "high profile and professional" cleverness.. regardless
of the misquoting you or not..

At any rate the complaint to ebay is forthcoming.. as you obviously consider
yourself above it all, because you are so clever.. 'nuff said..

Cool...now what am I supposed to "get" again?
Go ahead complain. Pick on me for doing something funny *and* with
redeeming social value, like getting a donation to *YOUR* local MSF in
*YOUR* name. Yup, I'm a criminal. Turn me in. It's your responsibility.

Sounds good to me, dude.. I'm still not buying .and the fact is, that you
sold an item on ebay that didn't belong to you.. Your own declaration when
you posted it, clearly stated that it was the property of Bill Walker..
etc.. Right, wrong or indifferent..By anyone's standards.. you indicted
yourself with all that "fun" and cleverness.. May be a technical fact, but
it is a fact, nonetheless.. And that makes you very exposed.. I'd say...

ROTFL.. I'm impressed.. sadly you little boys seem to unable to join all
this "fun" that you are having.. hmmm Maybe they finally have an opportunity
to take a nap for themselves rather than sharing all this "fun" and
    cleverness with you.. You Think..

My My.. that mean old man in Texas is still picking on Andrew.. hmmm.. For a
change it is one on one and one on seven.. Wha' hopen' ?

One other thing you might notice.. For the past few days, guys are talking
to each other, civilly and the ones that want to, are talking about
motorcycles, etc.. Some of them haven't posted regularly for ages.. That's
interesting.. Some of those threads, I've even participated in and the
responses have been civil .. maybe reluctantly, but civil.. Except for you
and Don Binns .. today.. there hasn't been a lot of "flaming" and insulting
back and forth. All the posturing and challenging you are doing today is
going un-noticed and is impressing no one but Andrew..

Actually, the donation was made in my name. Sorry, my bad.

I *do* have a nifty MSF pin for Bill, tho!

Jeez...damn...I got this hot item and I gotta get rid of it somehow. What if
some cop were to stop me and discover that I have it *on my person*?! I
don't wanna go to prison. Should I send it back where it came from, or just
toss it on the highway? (after removing my fingerprints, of course)

The item belonged to me, it was my material, the parody is that it ever
    belonged to you.

Let's see you prove it ever belonged to you. This is getting more fun
    by the second.

    Faulty logic != logic.

I'd be careful, you might get turned in to ebay for buying it!
Apparently that was totally illegal. I don't think possesing it is
illegal though, just buying it. :)

Interesting, Albert.. No one is accusing you of anything, and you are
absolutely right.. YOU are not attorney, and neither am I.. Anyone can hire
an attorney, though.. can't they ? hmmm Wonder why you would even offer an
opinion of such profoundity without benefit of an attorney's input.. ?

I'm not trying to impress anyone, and I don't consider this a flame war.
I'm just shedding some light on what went on and how *you* donated money
to your local MSF. "It's a good thing"....as Martha might say.

You see I am committed to the community at large, that's why I wouldn't
have accepted $76.00 for the badge. I wanted the Motorcycle communtiy
    to benefit, and it did.

So try and change the topic all you want. I'm a big boy and can handle
    my eBay account.

Does all that mean .. as in an unqualified opinion, of course.. you are
disputing or questioning the credibility of that document that was posted ?
    I'm getting confused..
Better rethink that killfile, Albert.. You making comments without knowing
what is going on.. If I understand what you are saying ..

    (Heck, anyone can
What they do with those documents, then is the question.. isn't it ? You are
admittedly unqualified and uninformed to comment . Best advised to sit this
one out .. Albert...of course that is my opinion.. unqualified, also..

    I'd also guess there are
Could be..That is why those id's and passwords are in place.. isn't it.?
Several legal minds are debating this issue right now.. If it's alright with
you, I'll wait until they decide.. My first legal appointment is tomorrow..
    When's yours, Albert..??
Whoops..LMAO.. you can't seem to make up your mind whether you are a lawyer,
or not.. Right now, you seem to be making legal arguments for defense.. Why
    ?
As is .. your knowledge about what has taken place on this newsgroup.. That
killfile thing that you boast about, limits your knowledge, considerably...
Yet nothing seems to limit you enthusiasm to become involved.. I am LMAO..
even though Albert has me killfiled and doesn't know whether I've confirmed
or denied the veracity of that anonymous documented that was posted ..
yesterday.. I think .. I understand, but I'm not sure..

    heroic efforts... LOL...

BTW.. in case you missed it.. We should be riding to Austin sometime Monday
to be at the Transportation Committee hearing early Tuesday morning.. He
told me to pass along to you .. a personal welcome and he is looking forward
    to working with you.

He also asked me to re-extend the invitation to go with us .. Let me know..

criminal convictions, deferred adjudication and sex offender
registrations. DPS' Computerized Criminal History (CCH) file, is made

throughout Texas. The CCH database includes information on Felonies and
    Class A and B Misdemeanors.

    Organizations
An Organization is a government entity, corporation, business,
partnership or association. An Organization consists of a Supervisor
and one or more User accounts. The Supervisor and the User may be the
same person. The Supervisor will have permissions to deny User's within
their Organization access to this Web site. Supervisors and Users share
information and credits within an Organization.

To search the public criminal history Web site you must sign up for an
account. Each Account must have one Supervisor and one or more User
Accounts. After you create your account you must then purchase credits
to search the public criminal history database (Conviction Database).
    Each search takes one credit.

Organization Name. An Organization is a government entity, corporation,

The Primary Contact is the person that is the contact for Organization
    wide issues.

"Other Names Used" include names such as maiden names, other married
names, nicknames and any other name you have ever used. You may list
    multiple names.

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SEARCHES

It is your responsibility to make sure the records you access through
this site pertain to the person about whom you are seeking information.
Extreme care should be exercised in using any information obtained from
this Web site. Neither the DPS nor the State of Texas shall be
responsible for any errors or omissions produced by secondary
    dissemination of this data.

DPS cannot guarantee the records you obtain through this site relate to
the person about whom you are seeking information. Searches based on
names, date of birth and other alphanumeric identifiers are not always
accurate. The only way to positively link someone to a criminal record
    is through fingerprint identification.

    **************************************************************************

Now, assuming that the image posted in
alt.binaries.pictures.motorcycles was not altered (and there is no
reason to believe that it was altered, as it is a perfect match for the
record in the public CCH database, as can be easily and legally
ascertained by any individual with a valid e-mail address and $3), no
crime has been committed, and no "secure government site" has been
    "accessed by unauthorized entry."

Since the record clearly shows that *some person* named "Bill Walker"
was, in fact, arrested and convicted of a crime in Texas that led to
that record being stored and made available to the public by the Texas
Department of Public Safety, and since both the threads in
tx.motorcycles and rec.motorcycles and the image posted in
alt.binaries.pictures.motorcycles simply describe the contents of the
record as showing proof that "Bill Walker" was convicted of a crime in
Texas, there's been no "felony" and no one is going to "do hard time
for posting" it. Hell, there's been no slander, and there hasn't even
been a single LIE posted... except by the folks screaming that law
enforcement is going to be interested in usenet newsgroups because a
matter of public record was publically displayed and discussed.

It would seem that all one would have to do to debunk the entire issue
once and for all - if one had a similar or identical name, an identical
DOB, and congruent residency record as the convict referenced in the
public record - would be to say "What a coincidence that someone with
the same name as mine, who happened to be born on the same day as me,
and who has lived in the same state as I have, should have such a
record. However, rest assured, that that person is not me, and if one
were to have access to, and examine the rest of the record - the
private, personal, LEO "eyes-only" data such as fingerprints, DNA, SSN,
etc, - one would discover that, in fact, this fellow and I are NOT one
and the same." Or, alternatively, "The person described in the posted
    record is not me."

Don't tell me .. tell ebay.. Your own description of the item, reads like a
pretty good declaration of ownership.. hmmm.. There wasn't any mention of
"materials" in there, that I recall.. Convincing usenet isn't really
productive.. that's what got all this mess going, remember ? Convincing
ebay will be another issue entirely.. I don't know.. like I have stated ..
I've never had any relationship with ebay..
