  2. I'm no fan of Bill Walker's either, but it's *exactly* what he does to
others, Morgan. Guess that means I don't give a shit either! ;)

This thread and almost every other thread Bill is involved in is
bullshit. Bill has been using false allegations and innuendo in his
personal attacks against many newsgroups participants for a long time.
The pattern continues today. If you have tolerated his actions in the
past, it is a little disingenuous to criticize Arresting Officer for
    returning the favour.

    anyway.

Dammit Morgan .. you take the fun out of everything.. LOL.. Someone just
sent me a copy of all those records this dude has "discovered".. I'm
impressed... someone has gone to a lot of trouble to dig up nothing.. What a
crock.. I understand Dallas county is taking a look at some pictures and
other things that are being posted on these two newsgroups.. Seems like
there is some kind of law about posting pictures of someone without
    permission..

Especially if the pictures are altered and used to damage someone's
reputation.. Then this deal with someone trying to prove that someone is a
thief and posting records from a database.. that isn't meant to be
distributed.. Whew.. this is getting beyond silly shit..

I had to enlarge that sheet. so I could read it.. no social security
number.. hell it is dated before Brian was born.. no drivers license no..
and a couple of birthdays.. dates.. hmmm... This has become a lot more than
just a bunch of idiots pissing on each other on a newsgroup..

Thanks for your input Morgan.. I'm starting to get real pissed.. LOL.. The
computer wizards of usenet aren't nearly as sharp as the computer wizards of
law enforcement .. When this dude involved DPS.. he/she crossed the line..

It was Bill who sauntered into Reeky announcing to all he was here to
spread hate and discontent, so you might ask him why he chose to pick
    the fight.
I think everyone here would too.
I doubt anyone truly enjoys this crap, but I do not like bullies and I
detest a liar. I will call them on it here as I would if I met them in
    person.
Well Morgan for someone attempting to appear neutral in this flame war
there is a definite slant to your perspective. If your comment in the
last paragraph is intended as some sort of veiled threat then there is
no need to wait until summer. I am right here. I post under my real

Speaking for myself that has never been my intent, but I will tell you
the end result of all of this bullshit is the traffic in your home
group is drying up. Without the posts from this flame war there is
    not much alternate content left.

Truth be known if you and your cohorts from Tx.moto would stop
initiating the cross posts you would never see me or many of the Reeky
    regulars.

A bit of advice for you Bill, stop the cross posts and salvage your
group. Unlike Reeky Tx.moto has a smaller subscriber base and most
folks will tune out if they have to sift through all the BS to get to
    motorcycle content.

Yeah except I only charged Wakko for shipping and my fees.
Somewhere around $4.00 if I recall.
I'll send a check to ya Bill, I've got the address.

Wakko can verify...I asked him to donate the rest to his local MSF.

What is wrong is the double standard you are applying. If the Walkers
throw out false allegations and accusations, it is OK, but if some one
else does precisely the same thing about the Walkers you call them a
turd and suggest it is bullshit. Now don't get me wrong I fully agree
with you on the tactic, I just see your assessment of it and those who
use it apply to both parties.

I know.. LOL.. Take a quick look.. Reads like a couple of folks are really
    getting excited ..
Who the hell is Cox, anyway.? I've never even had an exchange with him, even
on Reeky.. <chuckle> I'm familiar with everyone else.. Even "Arrestin
    Office" is familiar to me..

That DOJ image is surely a felony and somebody
    That's interesting, isn't it ?

You should have put your specs on when
I thought I made all that clear, at the time, Beemer.. The e-mails between
us were private and between you and me.. Nobody's business but ours.

    If you had objected I
Whups.. ROTFL.. This is getting to be a big old picture once all the pieces
start falling into place.. huh ?

Well.. hell's bells... ROTFLMAO.. Now there is another player.. sheesh..
Who'd ever thought Albert would be a party to such a thing ? Damn..
Beemer.. you've done an excellent job of staying on top of all this..Don't
let those e-mails we exchanged get away.. I understand why you handled it
the way you did, now.. hehehe.. Ain't all this a hoot..?

    Bill Walker, Apr 21, 2005

  19. Arresting Officer

    Bill Walker Guest

Thanks.. Waco and I had some conversation concerning all that little
exercise.. I wasn't even aware of all that until it was pretty much over
with and he was the successful bidder.. We had a couple of chuckles over
it.. Seems like he was kind of acting as my agent .. hehehe..Ah well.. gets
deeper and deeper, don't it ?
Who'd ever think of such a thing.. Watching the couple or three wannabe
sharks thinking there is blood on the water is "fun"..

Here's the real kicker.. Anyone who has read me on tx.motorcycles, all these
years, wouldn't assume for one minute that I've sure been a "rounder"..
Hell.. I've been everywhere and done damn near everything.. LOL.. Anyone
that gets the idea that I'm an "angel" is nuts..

What I am reading in these two newsgroups since yesterday from these little
twits has gone from giddy at the prospect of finally having the opportunity
to humiliate Bill Walker.. <grin> Who can blame them, actually.. Some of
these players have suffered greatly.. Damn.. I've taken them on, one at a
time or in groups of as many as seven.. <evil grin>

The way all this is falling into place, seems like someone has "out
clevered" themselves .. I still don't know who the hell Mr. Cox is, I
assumed it was another anonymous little player that wanted a piece of the
"action".. Now .. I'm getting the idea that he/she might be someone
    important ..

As I mentioned.. Internet America is more than involved and I damn well know
who that is.. Verizon has been my provider for all these years, so it is a
    given that I know them..

I've never exercised a killfile or utilized the so-called abuse report lines
to anyones' provider..although I've seen a lot of people recommend doing
that.. to me and others.. I will respond to, and have responded to the
e-mails with their questions.. Whups..except for Cox.. I must admit that I
dismissed that one as another crank nobody trying to get in on the "action"

Who'd have thought DOJ, DPS, Dallas County computer fraud people would have
an interest in all this innocent, flame war loving crowd.? Everyone has
been having so much fun, it seems like their enthusiasm crossed someone's
line, other than mine.. Could be a costly experience for them.. huh ?

Usenet has always been regarded as a medium where you could assume an alias,
then conduct a no-holds barred flame fest about anything that crossed your
mind.. hmmm.. I've never challenged it other than to insist/demand that
families be left out of exchanges .. That's my own line that I'd expect to
    be commn decency..

Well.. alright .. here we stand, this morning.. Where does it all go from
here ? Take care Beemer.. again.. good job..

Make no mistake about it.. Your one or two exchanges with me, haven't
qualified you to consider yourself "associating with me"..much less
"speaking for you".. As I recall .. your participating in tx.motorcycles
newsgroup has been minimal and mostly some idiotic crying and whining..

Your demand for me to answer some anonymous posters question or defend a
foolish and unqualified accusation from him, is a perfect example of why
I've never spoken for you nor associated with you..

Evidently .. you aren't quite up to realizing the significance of what is
taking place here, so I'll explain, briefly.. From what has happened and is
happening, the result of all this could incorporate changes in a public
forum newsgroup.. Those can be "changes" that will not include some of the
players that are involved.. Webpages and sites are being jerked down all
over the country.. Owners of those sites and pages are having difficulty
accessing accounts .. Providers and ISP's are busily covering their asses
and distancing themselves from responsiblity.. I've had nothing to do with
it.. Matter of fact.. from what I am reading, could be that my retirement
might be enhanced greatly from all this crap..

Your little "criminal" comment is also very revealing.. Usenet is made up of
all elements of society and I've never filled out anything on usenet that
makes a juvenile "demand" like yours.. Please continue..
