Bill Walker really is a Convict

There is no "court" setting for anything, that I know of.. Civil lawsuits
are normally filed in the jurisdiction where you reside..With all the usenet
legal expertise being proclaimed by the Reeky contingent.. it is surprising
that none of you seem to know that..

The confusion seems to be that you all trying so hard to create a defensive
posture are getting the civil and criminal violations here, intermingled..
The one complaint being that Andrew posted an auction item on ebay for sale,
describing that item as the property of Bill Walker.. the self appointed
High Sheriff of Reeky.. That's criminal and leaves him exposed to first
losing his account on ebay and if pursued exposing ebay to defending a suit
    against them..

Next is the civil matter of John Moran altering obscene photographs from one
of his porn site, transposing those disgusting pictures with pictures which
serve to identify someone as participating in the obscene acts depicted ..
John Moran is only the first casualty player .. Ask him.. his account has
already been dropped from a provider that he's taken great pride in, for
years.. As previously referred to, his conspicuous absence and brief
appearance only once.. with a different ISP indicates that he is having
    problems..

You keep asking the wrong people to justify or support .. Ask the one who is
the first casualty of this little soap opera.. John Moran..
they're writing on a subject I know something about." (Keith F. Lynch)

He's probably just pouting because you didn't show up at his place today. Why
    is that?

The hysterics demonstrated by wall to wall coverage by you and the others
who have admiringly engaged and applauded all the Live to Flame and Flame to
    Live crowd is hilarious..

The frantic posting bullshit that you've perpetrated is idiotic, considering
that both Walkers are posting and responding, at will .. Referencing again,
that you've not successfully addressed the first casualty, but rather
offered lame excuses for his conspicuous absense.. My "mark as read" button
is looking more attractive and many of your silly declarations of expertise
in usenet legal expertise aren't being responded to..

I think Bill has everyone here confused with someone else. While I have
seen discussions about insurance coverage and comparative pricing for
shopping, I've not seen anyone but him whine about it.

I've seen people talk about getting tickets, but not whine about it any
more than an auto driver. The only one to not "man up" and pay it has
    been, again, Bill.

For the past year, people haven't been bad mouthing TMRA2; they've
commented to TMRA2 that one of their self-proclaimed representatives
isn't doing their image any good. Once again... Bill.

And, when someone claimed that TMRA2 was responsible for bike access to
HOV lanes, a reader over in t.m noted that it was a case won in another
state which Texas then applied here. TMRA2 may have had a partial roll,
but did it with the work of others in the state and in other states; as
well as with the efforts of non-member riders. Who overstated their
    roll? Who else... Bill.

His fictional constructs about reality are well known over there and a
point of great entertainment until he has a psychotic break and starts
verbally assaulting people, making death threats and (according to
rumors - but this hasn't been verified) beats his family in frustration
and rage. Of course this is all morphed into some personal sainthood and
the demonization of all around him when he getsta fabricatin' again.

Plus, Brain left out the most important part of that one situation... it
was posted knowing it wasn't true... KNOWING bill wasn't black (he
doesn't have enough "cool" for that). Yet, once again, neither of them
could differentiate fiction (spoof) from reality (they really are assholes).

By the time this little charade is finished .. John Moran might discover
that trying to stay online with a newsgroup isn't nearly as important trying
to maintain credibility for his famous recording studio.. Most clients of
those types of businesses would surely have reservations about even getting
involved with a company or agent, being accused of copyright infringement,
    isn't worth the risk..

That being said.. I have to admit .. I visited John Moran's site one time..
after he was making claims of being closely associated with entertainment
personalities.. I looked at the pictures he has on that site.. In my
unqualified opinion about such things, I noticed the obvious alterations and
that John Moran's image was apparently transposed into photos with the
entertainers.. Go Google and you might find my posts .. All this time
later.. John Moran is admittedly involved in just that behavior .. hmmm..
    Isn't that remarkable ?

As the Canadian Flash is so fond of commenting.. I was "spot on" then and
I'd bet'cha' I've been "spot on" about that detestible creep, John Moran
since the beginning.. to the current time..

That can't be accurate. I've been a member of AMA for years, but Bill
always includes me when he rants about welfare riders. As an unofficial
representative of TMRA2 in t.m and now r.m, Bill speaks with some
authority for that group unless an official rep publicly corrects him.

Nope. It's just a TMRA2 thing. Someone thought they could gain more
    members by insulting non-members.

Just e-mailed John last night. He's been busy with work and not had time
to waist on Usenet. He didn't know anything about any kind of trouble
with his ISP. Just another fiction from the psycho based on the failure
to understand that other people have lives away from the keyboard.

Who is John Moran? You claim he posts as "Another Viewer". Assuming that
is correct, a quick look at Google groups shows no change in "Another
Viewer"'s NSP or headers since before this thread started. No adjustments
    are apparent.
Its only been a few days. As I stated earlier, your entertainment value is
dropping. Have a ride laid on for tomorrow as well.
    What website?
Because it is not clear that John Moran is a participant here and that he
has done any of the things your claim. Given your track record, its most
likely that you are lying again.

Not necessarily true. Generally you have to file with a court that has
jurisdiction over the defendant. If a business does not have a nexus within
a state, you have to file where they do (mail order and internet
connectivity is not normally considered a nexus). Same with private
parties. Note that there are exceptions and some long arm statutes that
    come into play.
I believe what you stated is not true.
If the badge was your personal property and Andrew took if from you it is
theft and criminal. If he claimed it was once yours and it was not, it
would be fraud, which can be either criminal or civil. Not sure what legal
theory you think EBay could be pursed under. Losing EBay accounts are
subject to their user agreements, not civil or criminal law, though user
agreements can be challenged in civil court.
There is no evidence that there John Moran has been impacted in any way or
    is "Arresting Officer"

  15. wow, the walkers are way off in fantasyland again.
fwiw, all isp accounts are operating just fine, the domain is up and
operating normally and the only communication from any internet company
i've gotten recently is from paypal reminding me to update my credit
    card file.

beyond that, as i noted in my weekly events calendar posted yesterday in
tx.moto (which i imagine the walkers missed while lost in their
flamefest), the state bmw rally is this weekend in Temple at Lake Belton.
with clear blue skies and temps in the 70s, anyone in Texas who is
wasting time on usenet instead of riding today needs to get their
    priorities straight.

i'm outta here and off to Lake Belton.

I invited you to Calgary first Bill. What day was that for? You were
going to come here and entertain me. Now what day was that? Oh it was
today! But instead of riding your bike, which for most of us is fun,
and coming to Calgary to entertain me, which you always say is fun,
you decided to stay at home cowering in front of your computer posting
    trash.

The invitation stands Bill. Anytime my door is always open. When you
are man enough I am here.

They are really picky about digital pics. Go to a Target/KMart/Walmart and
get them done there. It was $12 a person here.
