ATF doesn't have the authority to restore rights. That's a Presidential
power. Ya think Bill's on the phone to George asking him for a favor?

Your reading comprehension is slipping again.
You need to read some of the other posts
Mine are on retainer so I don't pay hourly, but I understand that $500 will
get you a short review on a potential case. Does the court pay for yours?
Losing accounts (which has not been shown to be true yet) is not the same as
    winning a legal action.

How are all those Government investigations going and has anyone been served
    with a subpeona yet?

Probation or jail? Boy Walker stated it was a Class C misdemeanor so that
would lead me to believe that it would be probation. Also have to wonder
since Brian was so specific about that how he came by his detail knowledge
    of the sentence.

I've been laughing since that shit hit this newsgroup.. The OP has already
got bounced, at least from one provider.. I'm still laughing at all your
preposterous nonsense.. For the record, I've neither denied or confirmed any
part of this silliness.. With all that expertise in usenet law, you should
    be clear about it..
I didn't either until you friend from Canada has tried to drag them into a
silly usenet flame war.. And yes.. earlier today you did make a few little
juvenile comments about TMRA II.. You aren't just a dime a dozen liar, you
are a dime a dozen, lying little cocksucker..
Not being able to understand what a fellow reads seems to be epidemic.. You
read my comments I reported what is happening to me, personally .. I never
made any claims about anything.. The anonymous document in question was
posted by Another Viewer.. aka John Moran, using another alias Arresting
Officer.. I'd say that losing his account with Internet American pretty well
    supports something, wouldn't you ?

I don't think Walker and George are on speaking terms, judging from the
    other trash he posts.

Then please go cry to the "authorites". Just stop crying

    with your insane obsession.
If you must post off topic, post about something of
urgent importance to *all* of us, such as the lies, war
crimes, torture, taxpayer theft, mass murder, death,
destruction, terrorism, slaughter of innocent children
or the economic and environmental devastation caused by
the criminal, treasonous, and incompetent bu$h regime.

True. I know someone who, 20 years ago, got a DUI. Canada wouldn't let
him in until he paid a huge fee for them to do a bunch of paperwork to
show he was "rehabilitated". He's kept that paperwork ever since so he
won't have to pay the fee again in the event he wants to enter Canada
some time (which he does occasionally).

And a first time DUI doesn't carry with it a 5 year sentence; as a
    parolee or otherwise.

Good catch. Had to re-edit it after spell checking and blew it.

Avi has stated that it drove his bandwidth bill through the roof when he had
them up fulltime. I think he takes the movies/animations/pictures live only
a couple of time a year. It was a hoot. I stopped in one night just to see
him do picture patrol and meet him.

Such as? Describing them as a biker organization and not a business that

That may be. However there is a petition to restore rights that also has
to go through the Prez (or a Governor for a state crime that can have
    similar impact).
