Bill Walker really is a Convict

  1. Agreed, anyway 5 years for less than $50?(IF I
read the post properly, didn't want to pay DPS to
look at public records) That is cruel...

Wrong.. I don't think you are much of anything.. other than another Welfare
Riding son of a bitch .. I took you at your word .. when you declared that
    you are NOT a lawyer..

    He should start with his
Why.. LMAO.. with usenet posers like you online, who needs to read up..
    sheesh..

    I
Wow.. Harrison Ford will be shocked to learn that he made all that money
from some of the rags that he went after .. is tainted by the conclusions of
a usnet poser.. Damn.. those trash publications should have been consulting
with you, rather than those high dollar Bar Certified lawyers.. huh ? Damn..
slick.. you must be in the wrong business.. ROTFL.. Anyone can see that you
would be the worst nightmare that Jerry Falwell could imagine.. Paul Newman
is cringing at just the thought that you may be consulted .. next time..
If you can tear yourself away from usenet long enough.. law firms who have
lost cases of this nature would sure like to consult with you.. Please get
    in touch.. OK
hmmm.. Now we are getting into interpretations of the Constitution.. your
vast experience and expertise is extraordinary, isn't it .. sport ?
Now .. there is an idea.. The law firms representing those entities are
probably doing a recruiting program on you, right now..
    did.

Aw well.. now that you've impressed all your little usenet buddies with all
this mumbo jumbo.. cut to the chase..See you in Austin, next Tuesday.. No
doubt all these other Welfare Bikers will be there.. None of you clowns
would dare miss the opportunity to do your thang for real, would you ? Who
knows .. you might get the opportunity to exercise all this expertise before
a panel of legislators in our Capitol.. See you there, poser..

LOL.. nah.. Since you've already got yourself dedicated, locked in and
commited.. There's not much reason to mess with you continue playing with
your nonsense.. My click killfile thing is about ready to kick in.. See you
    in July.. dummy..

LMAO.. you are the "resident legal expert".. figure it out.. Kinda makes all
    these "I'm not a lawyer" comments, irrelevant .. don't it .. genius..
Instead of being inconvenienced by chasing providers.. if these guys keep
depending on you for legal opinions and advice, they might wind up totally
ruined and heaven forbid, banned from usenet .. entirely.. See you in Austin
    ... poser..

  5. Perhaps so but, the way it looks to me, his current behaviour and
actions on usenet regarding others is perfectly consistent with his
    past record.

If it weren't for what he has focused so intently on criticising in
others and misrepresented himself to his supporters as being, it
    wouldn't be a big deal.

He definitely owes those who supported him in tx.moto a full
explanation and probably an apology for his deceit. But, proving the
kind of a man he really is, he can't man-up to that challenge now.

Yeah.. we'll award it to you in the Rotunda of the State Capitol in Austin,
Texas.. next Tuesday morning at eight AM.. Better get started.. I'm sure you
wouldn't miss the awards ceremony, for anything.. See ya'..there..

I get the impression that you are definitely not in Texas.. I'd suggest you
get mounted and head for Austin.. You wouldn't want to miss the award
ceremony for Don Binns, would you.. I'd suspect that you're being flooded
with offers from the law firms that have defended clients against all these
lawsuits and those clients had to pay up.. huh ?

Bet'cha when those legislators that hold those hearings, get to hear you
argue your positions will really be intimidated with all your expertise..
The TMRA II chairman and members are looking forward to it, also.. I'm
sure.. All of us.. seldom have the opportunity to be addressed with the
legal mind of an anonymous genius like you.. Damn .. if we can have this
much fun on usenet.. just think how much fun we can have .. for real..

  8. Bill, Bill, Bill. You've got yourself so excited that you're getting
your lies all mixed up now. You forgot that (according to you) I
can't cross the American/Canadian border due to a criminal record!

Ironic, since it's now been discovered that is only true of you.

In perfect fairness, any organization you belong to should at least be
aware of your criminal record for Larceny (a serious enough charge
that it warranted you spending 5 years in the pen) - just in case they
entrust monies (e.g. from raffles or other fund-raising events) to
    your care.

Funny about that.. huh ? The OP seems to have disappeared .. don't he ?
hehehe.. Wonder whatever happened to that dude.. Jumped in here with a lot
of nonsense .. got all you Welfare Bikers charged up and then took off..
Someone said that he got his account canceled and had to spend a lot of time
begging for another usenet account.. I don't know.. but you and him being so
close .. you can probably account for that, huh Johnson.. Meantime.. get off
that keyboard and your Welfare Riding Ass, to see the ceremony for Don
    Binns..

    Bill Walker, Apr 22, 2005
  10. Yep. The charge was actually for *over* $50.00. And it had to be a
serious offence to warrant 5 years in the pen.

Since I never click on links provided by sleaze like you, I won't even ask
for it.. You undoubtedly have seen something other than what has been
forwarded to me.. so.. I'll assume that a link will be posted by you for the
benefit of every Welfare Biker on usenet.. I am looking forward to hearing
about all that, and I'm sure that with all the interest from the agencies
that seem to getting involved, they are interested too..

Your eagerness to be included and involved with what is going on, could mean
that you will be spending a lot of time offline and coming back online with
new ISP's and providers and such.. LOL.. Touch base with the Starwolf dude..
he can surely provide you with the counsel you need..

Meantime.. I'm sure looking forward to making your personal acquaintance in
Austin next Tuesday morning.. In case you haven't heard .. Don Binns has
finally "won" something and the awards ceremony is scheduled at eight
o'clock AM.. Not a problem with a swervin', dodgin' and pedestrian hitting
bike handlin' wizard like you.. right ? Maybe while you are here .. you and
I can share, in detail .. our extensive criminal backgrounds.. hehehe. We
can discuss all the man killin, fist fightin.. house burnin' evil grinin'
skills that you've boasted and postured with on usenet.. See you in
Austin..Don Binns has wanted to win something for years.. That award
    ceremony should be a spectacle..

Great.. again.. Reads just like a letter from some old outfit that is about
to pay up and trying to discourage the effort.. Impressive.. That old usenet
experience really comes in handy, don't it ? Trouble is.. you are full of
shit.. There isn't a fact included in it..

Meantime.. I'm so looking forward to experiencing the REAL opportunity to
see you discredit TMRA II .. the our Chairman and all these other members of
that organization that you have expressed contempt for.. The additional
incentive to attend will be the awards ceremony for another Welfare Biker
like you.. Don Binns has finally won something and his award will be
presented in the proceedings.. You'll enjoy a lot of company of your peers
because every Welfare Biker in Texas is anxiously anticipating this event..
hmmmm.. Except the ones who are so busy trying to maintain uenet access..

Hey Showboat.. you weren't included . Noticed any changes in ISP's and such
? Of course .. dedicated poser like you and Binns are indisputably more
clever than some our local resident Welfare Bikers.. hehehe.. Not quite
clever enough to keep from exposing yourself on your own websites and
newsgroups.. Clever enough to blame someone for spreading it on usenet..Not
clever enough to not try to evil grin and subtly threaten to kill someone in
a fist fight or set fire to his house..

LOL.. if I didn't know you so well, I'd be scared to death of all that..
    hmmm.. maybe some folks are .. I don't know.. <evil grin> trouble is. I've
been dealing with phony sons abitches like you, all my life...successfully..
Most bullies like that avoid me like the plague.. You aren't clever enough
to follow that example.. huh ? Wait a minute.. that's not quite true.. You
and Binns limit all your nonsense to usenet, don't you ?

Well.. I'm sure that you wouldn't want to miss the Award Ceremony for you
most staunch friend.. no problem.. I'll be anxiously watching for someone in
the Rotunda that is dodgin' and swervin' when you come in.. Don't worry ..
I'll surely recognize the Canadian Showboat and your pimply faced friend..

hmmm.. How come you are not posting links like mad, Showboat.? Damn.. one
of these days I have to get me a website and save everyone the trouble of
Googling.. Know what I mean .. dummy ? OK quit all the swervin' and
dodgin' .. That's a long trip from Canada and Austin, Tx... Since you like
him so much.. Albert will surely be there with all his Welfare Biker buddies
to see that Awards Ceremony for that buddy of yours..

Furthur incentive .. I'm suggesting and offering to personally make the
award.. The poll that you graciously hosted in my honor hasn't been
mentioned much lately, and strangely enough.. when I suggested the immediate
search for the candidate to execute the results of the Poll.. everyone
    seemed to lose interest..

Maybe we can incorporate the award to that successful "winner" into the same
ceremony.. Wha'cha' think ? The cheering section will be well filled by
every Welfare Biker in Texas.. They've all enjoyed riding on the backs of
TMRA II for the past fourteen years.. Surely you and all your brother
Welfare Posers would recognize the priority of riding to recognize the ones
who've made it possible to ride with such freedoms as we have, over the
importance of riding to Possum Kingdom for a t-shirt one time only reunion..
    right..

BTW... I'm sure glad you clowns brought TMRA II into your sleazy usenet
games.. I'm just getting all tingly with excitement.. Great opportunity..

Nah.. he hasn't had enough.. Changing ISP's is time consuming and
inconvenient but he's counseling with Possum Kingdom and the Starwolf kiddo,
that is the resident legal wizard of reeky.. That'll keep him occupied for a
    while..

Then too .. the fat, Welfare Riding asshole is considering if there will be
enough of those Wefare Riding buddies in Austin next week to keep me off of
him.. hmmm.. Wonder which disguise he'll come up with ? He could always
impersonate Mark Johnson.. nah.. I despise Johnson almost as much.. It's
amazing.. all that disappointment about missing me in Marble Falls, and
every perfect opportunity to "peg up and ride" with me has been ignored..

Bet John Moran wasn't "ignoring" anyone while he was begging for another
usenet account.. Hey Morgan .. since you are such great lunch buddies with
John Moran, and he's so accessible .. step in here and help me out just a
bit.. OK.. Sheesh.. I'd love to see everyone of you Welfare Riding Assholes
in that Rotunda.. Sunny Williams .. too.. Here's a little hint .. Tell them
that it is about time to "shut that fool up, let's go to Austin and get it
over with"... That ought to do it...

You are confusing commercial use with news. Two very different animals. The
NYT, LAT, WP and even the Dallas papers do not require or get model release
for the pictures they take and use. For example at the recent MC day in
Austin did all of the riders sign releases for the media? Were they even
    asked?
Read some of the links I provided earlier and use Google. Its not a good as
Lexis, but will get you a much better understanding.

Your real issue is civil defamation, not copyright. Any competent attorney
will tell you have a minimal chance at recovery though some may be willing
to take it (and your money) anyway. Knock yourself out.
