    And who might that be?

  2. Say... Do you think the TMDRAII is aware one of the people
representing them has been hiding a criminal past?

Seriously. They would want to know, in case he's ever appointed
Treasurer or is entrusted with any of their monies, I would think.

If they were a professional organization with significant funds they would
require bonding of key financial personnel. Not all that easy a process.
Not everyone passes that, even with a clean record.

Do you just have a copy or do you actually own the original ? That is the
key element in a copyright complaint. Even if you do, parody/satire would
be a strong counter argument. Short of something like Falwell v Flynt, you
are going to have a hard time winning anything but huge lawyer bills. If
you do not own the rights to the original picture, its a defamation issue.
Lots of luck finding a lawyer to take such a case let alone winning it.
Legal bills alone would wipe out any possible recovery.

    Starwolf, Apr 22, 2005
  10. Lotsa luck getting Bill to man-up on that question, Morgan.

I'm with you there. What happened way back then is not really relevant now.
His current behaviors and such are another matter.

Could be.. Could be.. LOL.. The mystery continues.. doesn't it ? <gring>
That sure was a long time ago. There've been so many colorful little events
in my full and exciting life.. Right here on this newsgroup for example..
John Moran once posted another official document that was undisputed
"evidence" that Bill Walker was a convicted child molester.. If you recall,
that one got enough mileage to keep him amused for several days.. <grin>
Now .. Bill Walker is undisputedly a thief .. hmmm is that some kind of
promotion in my "criminal" career? Sheesh.. I've been "successfully"
eluding law enforcement for almost forty years while I pursued my career in
    crime..

Eat your heart out John Gotti.. ROTFL.. I'm surprised at you Morgan..

LMAO...hmmm...I've never had so much fun, watching a bunch of twits trying
to re-habilitate their images with so much "man-up" carryin' on.. <evil
grin> Better be more careful who you try to intimidate in the future.. No
telling what kind of REAL "outlaw" you threaten .. Never can tell.. your
house might catch on fire, or something. huh ? Then again.. you might pitch
on of those wild tantrums in the middle of a road and get your ass run over
    by a motorcycle..

Back to all the speculation .. Anyone want to REALLY do some genuine
"man-up" with me, can do all of that stuff .. up close and personal..All the
long distance challenges and "threats" are entertaining as hell on usenet..
Reality is another issue though, isn't it ? Ain't we having fun. ?

I dunno. Nothing ever happens to "The Sun" or "The
Enquirer" so I suppose that what Starwolf said is
true. Also when it comes to parody and
such...let's just say only wimps, pussies and
    Walkers raise any hell.

Damn.. you are dumber than a rock.. LMAO.. The last one of you wormy little
pricks went that route.. Didn't work out so good.. Matter of fact. it got
so bad, he had to get him another alias .. <evil grin> I'm a member of TMRA
II.. don't represent them in any form or fashion..

You want to go there, be my guest.. You might should consider, though.. TMRA
II doesn't play usenet games and not so patient with the Welfare Wannabes
that pose on newsgroups.. They are the real deal.. Showboat..if you think
I'm tough, you ain't seen nothin' till you take them on..Like I said.. I
don't represent TMRA II in any capacity, other than as a member.. From our
Chairman .. Sputnik... down to all the other member like me.. there's a slew
of those guys all over Texas that have rode with me and have actually worked
with me .. Be sure to mention all this "man-up" stuff when you contact
them.. Don't forget to emphasize all this "criminal" evidence that's so
    important to you clowns..

hmmm.. Matter of fact.. TMRA II will be in the State Capitol next week..
I'll be there Monday night..You and your buddy are challenged to get off
usenet and do some of that "motorcycle riding" to "man-up" with me in the
Rotunda.. Everyone you need to talk to, who really need to have all this
information will be in that Rotunda, hmmm with a whole bunch of DPS
troopers.. We'll all surely allow you the courtesy of listening to you..
    "Man-up.. Showboat.. That's a genuine "challenge" .. Also .. it's about as
infantile as that fool in Calgary that thinks he's "challenging" someone..

Personal invitation to Morgan Kane, Albert Nurick, John Moran and Mark
Johnson, to come on over to Austin so you can enjoy the performance.. Ya'll
don't have to ride so far, actually being in Texas.. No more than a four
    hour ride.. for anyone..

Now that the Canadian Showboat and his sqeeky little buddy have chosen to
bring TMRA II into this little usenet game of theirs, let me estend that
invitation or challenge, to every other Welfare Biker in Texas.. Isn't it
about time to "man-up" and quit riding on the backs of an organization that
has fought for you all these years..

Sheesh..now that Road Glidin' Don has brought TMRA II into this juvenile
little flame fest.. Every welfare rider in this state is challenged .. I
love it.. Hey Sunny Williams .. damn.. as much as you detest Bill Walker,
you should be insisting on the Showboat responding to the "challenge".. No
place could be more public and accessible than our State Capitol building..
Plenty of DPS protection for everybody..

You can be sure that I will be there.. C'mon Texdays.. wouldn't it make your
day to witness these two Canadian heroes, finally do what you and Sunny have
been trying to do, for all these years.. Thanks Showboat.. I've been tearing
all these Welfare Riding deadbeats, asses off of them, for years.. They've
been swervin' and dodgin' like you for years.. Let's all "man-up like
Showboat has suggested.. Let's do it for real.. OK... not some silly usenet
    foolishness..

TMRA II has some genuine issues that are being addressed in this Legislative
Session.. not some imaginary bullshit that is usenet fantasy.. Welfare
Bikers everywhere, even Virginia.. that's you Morrow..should be interested
in the outcome of the Bills that will affect everyone riding a motorcycle..
If all you welfare sons a bitches on usenet has any degree of integrity ..
especially all these Texas welfare bikers.. I will see you all in Austin
    next Tuesday..

Changed the subject.. huh ? Nah.. the cowardly son of a bitch in Canada
changed the subject.. with another threat.. I called his sorry ass on it..
I'm passionate as hell about TMRA II.. Since he brought them up with another
attempt to threaten me..I'm calling him and all the other usenet Welfare
Riders.. Great opportunity for me.. If you turds can run all over the
country getting t-shirts signed.. surely you can ride for a genuine cause
that will affect every rider on two wheels, as well as consumers
everywhere.. right ? There you go Don Binns.. now there is a real challenge
for you.. right ? How about it Keith Shiftless and Andrew.. and the new
guy.. Starwolf .. ROTFL.. You guys all get off your wefare asses and usenet
    ...

Morgan Kane and Albert Nurick sure got it going on and neither of them would
miss this opportunity to be quoted by Houston Chronicle.. huh guys..
Whoops.. that wasn't me, was it ? Wanna play .. let's do it.. only let's do
it for REAL and not on a newsgroup..

Back to the topic.. hmmm .. I'm sure that my vast criminal record should be
available in the state Capitol.. The real public record, not some cooked up
bullshit on usenet.. Let's all "man-up" and look it over.. Sheesh .. this
could go on forever.. but I think everyone has got the idea.. If you Welfare
Rider assholes really want to get after Bill Walker, hop to it.. All this
"reloadin' and shit on usenet really don't impress anyone but yourselves ..
I'll see all of you named in this rant, in Austin next Tuesday morning.. Be
    there..

You just made an accurate and true comment, very well may be your first..
YOU ARE NOT A LAWYER.. I agree..

but it seems to me you would have to prove you
Is this comment considered practicing law without a license ? May be.. I
    don't know.. I'm not a lawyer, either..
    You think ? LOL

Another profound conclusion from another "I'm not a lawyer" resident reeky
legal expert.. If you can read anything besides your own horseshit, I'll see
you in Austin next Tuesday.. All those TMRA II members and the Chairman, who
you think so little of, will be glad to discuss all your complaints with you
    in person.. Be there..
