Is this the same as your typical 1500 mile weekends, or how you and
your son would never attack some ones family?

Just checking Bill, cuz most of what you post seems to fall into that
category. You know, empty words with no substance or foundation in
    fact. Ummm lies!

I answered this in a prior post, it went something like this...

Beats the hell out of me, I haven't looked at it, nor do I intend to. Don't
think it especially matters, at least not to me. Its your statements about
rapid response investigations by Government agencies that I am questioning.

It's all a diversion to help him forget he has been shown up as a
coward and a liar. Is he a former criminal too? Well I haven't seen
the jpeg that has caused all the fuss, but I have also not seen a
    clear denial from him either.

Bottom line, if it is an accurate representation of Bill's past, would
it make any difference in how I assess his character? Obviously, no.
Bill has consistently shown he has no moral or ethical values. No one
could debate that and hold a straight face. So he could be accused of
being a thief, rapist, fraud artist or a burglar, since my opinion of
him has already hit rock bottom, it wouldn't change.

  13. Oh, no, Albert. You're just seeing the after-effects of him being
exposed as a felon (5 year term and someone just showed the documents
proving it on the Net). That's what's got him so suddenly interested
in seeing if there's somehow he can invent some charges to scare
people (heh, heh, what a pathetic maroon).

    You know. Usual Walker tactics.

    And, btw, welcome back!

  14. LOL!

Say, you noticed someone else is missing?

Brian! Seems he's still in shock that his Dad got nailed with that
    felony record thing.

I'd almost guess that, until now, Brian never knew. Yet, all this
time, he's been joining dear old dad in despising people by calling
them felons. Ooooh. That's gonna leave a mark.

Now I am not a lawyer, but it seems to me you would have to prove you
suffered some sort of damage to your reputation. Might be hard to find
someone here who thinks you have less honour or character after
    viewing that picture.

But knock yourself out. I am sure there are lots of civil lawyers
jumping at the chance to take your case on a contingency basis.

What was I saying about pigs flying.

  16. Nope. And Bill's too chicken-shit to deny it too - since he saw the
name on the document is his, the picture on the document is his, where
the guy lives is same as him and the fucking guy was born on the EXACT
SAME DAY he was! And anyone can go to the same government site and
pull the same original information for themselves, so the thing surely
hasn't been doctored either. Well, duh!

And your old man thought I was a Usenet lawyer? He should start with his
own house first. You seriously need to read up a bit more in this area. I
assume you don't have LexisNexis access, so start with the links I posted
for the old man. Some points for you to consider:

    - If you did not own the initial picture, you don't have the copyright.
    Your likeness is not copyrighted.

    - A picture of you is not necessarily prima facie defamatory, photoshopped
    or otherwise

    - Parody and satire have strong First Amendment protections

    - The provider (ISP) or lessor (company) are not always responsible for the
    contents of URLs.

    - Harm to a reputation is very hard to prove. Costs between private parties
always exceed any recovery, even before legal fees.

    - Read up on the doctrine of dirty hands. It has you dead to rights.

There is no reason for a Government agency to get involved here. You don't
have the resources needed to put on a civil case and would lose if you did.
