So how do you know about the legal eagles working late, that subpoena are
flying, and investigations underway? How would you know that accounts are
being cancelled and what ISPs and NSPs are involved? No investigator would
tell you that. If its true and you did not make a complaint, you would have
had to be the instigator. Then again if its not true...

occasion ..The impression is that you and the little crew have tried you
best to crucify and downright humiliate them for any post they try to make..

Those are not the only serious contributors on this newsgroup.. You are not
paying attention, because it doesn't suit you.. There's more to

I do understand, and as a bystander, I don't have the emotional involvement
that you do. From my vantage point it looks like a notionally anonymous
poster stated you had been convicted of a crime and posted a link to a
website and a image of the page in another group. Since the you have
claimed that the post and those related to it were somehow illegal and being
investigated. Lots of noise about illegal use, misappropriation of
copyrighted material, violation of privacy, and mucho other general
nonsense.

What I am doing is questioning some of the statements that you have made
about it being investigated since they do not seem credible. This does not
seem to be a criminal matter and I can not see any Government agency moving
on it within this timeline unless life, limb, or national security was
involved.

I actually agree with several here that think even if it were true its a BS
item at this point. As I said earlier your best response would be to find
and expose the bubba who did it and leave it at that. However, given your
openly professed lack of computer skills, I doubt you can do it yourself and
would need to enlist the help of others.

So what happened is clear, and to many why as well
