Actually I do that kind of research on LexisNexis, not Usenet. I posted
some links for others to read, including yourself. Note that they were not
on Usenet but the web. Not sure who you think my buddies are, and its still
not clear that anyone has been bounced.

Now we are getting somewhere. Dallas County Sherriff computer fraud unit
presumptively. Not clear why they would be involved, but I am sure someone
will contact them and see what they say. Still it seems unlikely that there
is anything here that merits a criminal investigation. Civil action
perhaps, but even that is unlikely.

Supernews is a sharp operation. Cox is clueless and Internet America is a
2nd/3rd tier ISP but both will have connectivity records. Note that none of
the above will/should furnish records without a subepona. Comcast did that
recently and is being sued for thier actions. I have not seen anything here
that is net abuse, just a good old fashioned usenet flamewar. I also note
that Andrew's accounts appear to be working just fine.

Not sure what you are getting at here. Why would you not be posting all
