    That's what I'd assumed. Makes it not too bad if you're going over more
    than once or for a few days, IYSWIM.

    Check it out Steve. We hired a cage through EPI and there was no
    surcharge at all for Spain. The only restriction is that you do *not*
    take any hire car on to the rock. You can, by all accounts, cross the
    border into Gib, but then can have a merry old dance getting back
    across in to Spain. God knows why though.
