Trying to deal with this mob is impossible. Got a broken, helmet, and have been trying to get the nice people at Bikerite to repair/exchange it. They just do not want to know. There is no phone number on their webshite, and communicating by email has been like talking to a backward monkey. I have not been able to get them to confirm their address so that I can send the helmet back to them, and the last I heard, was they were waiting to hear from the manufacturer. They are even shirking the fact the helmet was bought from them, but they have no responsibility under the sale of goods act. Fucking hopeless bunch of wankers. I won't ever buy from them again. Shame they hide behind an unconfirmed PO box address, as a baseball bat behind the ear is likely to offend ;) I'm going to lie down now!
